Oleksandr founded Militta after more than a decade of work inside Ukrainian assisted-reproduction programs. He sets the agency’s clinical standards, partner-clinic vetting process and cross-border legal framework.

Nana runs day-to-day operations across all five Militta destinations. She is responsible for program delivery, escrow discipline, case-manager training and the 24-hour response standard.

Valeria is the senior point of contact for intended parents outside the CIS. She manages country-fit assessment, timelines and cross-embassy exit logistics for every English-speaking case.

Yulia leads clinical coordination with partner IVF centres. She reviews every protocol, PGT-A plan and embryo-transfer calendar, and is the medical contact for intended parents during IVF.

Oleksandra supports international intended parents during their trips — medical translation, contract review, hospital visits and daily logistics.

Olena coordinates client travel, embassy procedures and apostille handling. She is the calm voice on the other end of the line at 2 a.m.

Liudmyla oversees surrogate and egg-donor candidates: medical screening, psychological evaluation, contracting and ongoing support from embryo transfer to six weeks post-delivery.
