The Militta process, end to end.
One transparent workflow. Five possible destinations. One dedicated case manager from the first call until your baby is home.
Six steps from first call to bringing your baby home
Regardless of destination, our workflow is the same: structured, transparent and fully supported by one dedicated case manager.
- 1
Free consultation
A senior case manager reviews your situation, legal eligibility, medical history and timeline — and helps you narrow down the right destination.
- 2
Clinic and legal matching
We present vetted partner clinics and independent attorneys. You pick your team; we handle introductions and translations.
- 3
Contracts and escrow
Before any medical step, we set up escrow and notarised contracts that protect your rights, the surrogate’s rights, and the budget.
- 4
IVF and surrogate match
Embryos are created (your eggs/sperm, donor eggs or sperm as needed) and a screened, medically cleared surrogate is matched to your program.
- 5
Pregnancy and care
Your case manager sends weekly updates, medical reports and ultrasounds. All milestones are tracked in one private dashboard.
- 6
Birth and exit
We coordinate hospital admission, legal parentage (pre-birth order / birth certificate), and the full exit strategy including travel documents.
Where you fit on the map
The same six-step framework applies across every Militta destination. Your situation decides which country is the right fit:
- Married heterosexual couples typically choose Ukraine or Georgia for the best cost / legal clarity balance.
- Same-sex couples and singles are served in Colombia, Mexico or the USA.
- Families prioritising maximum legal certainty almost always choose the USA, despite the premium cost.
Our role is to help you decide — honestly, quickly, and without commercial bias.
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions intended parents ask us most often. Can't find yours? Reach out — we reply in under 24 hours.
Plan 15 to 24 months end-to-end across all Militta destinations. IVF and matching take 3 to 6 months, pregnancy is 9 months, and post-birth procedures run 4 to 12 weeks depending on jurisdiction and your home country.
Typically twice — once for the medical screening and embryo creation (7 to 14 days) and once around the birth (2 to 4 weeks). Some destinations allow fully remote start-ups by shipping frozen embryos.
Payments are milestone-based and held in escrow. You pay an onboarding deposit, then discrete amounts at IVF, surrogate match, confirmed pregnancy, trimester milestones and delivery. Nothing is charged for work that has not occurred.
